Minutes and agenda (1972, 1974-1983, 1985) of the Lutheran Domestic Disaster Response Board (LDDRB) include election of officer results; memoranda; guidelines of policy and procedures; staff reports; grant allocations; reports of disasters; studies; and discussion regarding the establishment of LDDRB, financial issues, staffing issues, cooperative efforts with Church World Services' domestic disaster unit, disaster preparedness workshops and consultations, and production of a preparedness manual. The collection contains minutes and agenda from meetings held in 1972 by Lutheran Council in the USA (LCUSA) member church bodies regarding domestic disasters. Minutes and agenda are the protocol copy set in that they contain executive session minutes, exhibits, and reports which were not widely distributed. Minutes and. Agenda for LDDRB meetings held in 1984 and 1986-1987 are missing from the collection.
